We had out last tempo run on Tuesaday's on Oct 16- we did 3 miles warming up then 3 x 1 mile at tempo pace and a 2 mile cooldown.
STARTING on Wednesday Oct 24 we will now do tempo runs on Wednesday evenings. Schedule for October is:
WED 10/24/12 Kingston- Dietz Stadium 6:15pm
WED 10/31/12 Suny New Paltz- meet in lobby of Wellness Ctr(gym) at 6:15pm

Workouts this week Tuesday 10/9/12 Tuesday NIght Tempo Run - meet at Suny New Paltz 6:15pm fo a workout that will generaly go out and back on Huguenot Street We will ALTERNATE our Tuesday night runs between Kingston's Dietz Stadium and Suny New Patlz . So for the rest of October the schedule is 10/9 New Paltz , 10/16 Kingston, 10/23 New Patlz and 10/30 Kingston. Start will be 6:15pm
Sunday runs to be determined.
This week on Saturday 10/13/12 there is the GTC event at spring farm which has options for nearly any distance. Regisatration is at Spring Farm starting at 7am runs begins at 8am. You need a day pass($12) or annual memebership to participate, they are also soliciting donations to the Preserve. Sounds like a great event- Get to know the trails(mostly single track), modest cost and support the Preserve- sounds like a win, win , win!

5/22/12 Tuesday Night tempo run at Spring Farm 6pm -we will run about 70-80 minutes with 25-30 minutes at tempo pace
5/25/12 Friday Night Track at Suny New Paltz -warmups begin at 6pm faster running at 6:25pm. Turnouts on Friday have been "light"- If you think having a track workout available is a good thing please come-all are welcome and Mike Barnow is a great coach who can easily modiify workouts for individual needs

The workouts for this week are:
5/8/12 Tuesday Night Tempo 6pm Spring Farm/Mohonk Preserve 6pm- Worlout will consit of a warmup then some type of tempo running for approx 30 min then a cooldown total running time 75-80 minutes
5/11/12 Friday Night Track at Suny New Paltz -warmup begins at 6pm faster running about 6:25pm. This workout is conducted by Coach Mike Barnow
