weekly workouts for 9/26-10/2/11 
Hi Everyone,

Very enjoyable Pfaltz Point 10 miler today-conditions were "tough" humid and wet/soft course but Shawangunk Runners did well -once results are available I'll post how club members did :)

This weeks workouts are:

9/27/11- Tuesday Night Tempo Run at Spring Farm- We will meet at 5:25pm and get running by 5:30pm we will do approx 75 min of total running with 30 minutes at "tempo pace"

9/30/11- Friday Night track at Rondout Valley High School Kyserike Rd. Accord, NY. Be warmed up and ready for faster running at 6:15pm. Coach Mike Barnow conducts this workout

10/2/11- Sunday Long Run at Spring Farm/Mohonk Preserve 8:30am. I will not be making this workout because I'm doing a Duathlon in Millbrook

Hi Everyone,

The workouts for this week are:

Tuesday 9/20/11 Tempo Run at Spring Farm/Mohonk Preserve meet at 5:40 pm get running by 5:45 pm. We will do approx 75 minutes of total running

Friday 9/23/11 Track Session at Suny New Paltz - be warmed up and ready for faster running at 6:15pm. This workout is conducted by Coach Mike Barnow

Sunday 9/25/11- NO scheduled long run from Spring Farm due to the Paltz Point 10 miler

Workouts for the week of 9/12-9/18/11

Tuesday 9/13/11 Tuesday Night tempo run Spring Farm- approx 75-90 min of total running with 30 min at tempo pace(probably 3 x 10 min). Meet at 5:55pm get running by 6pm

Friday 9/16/11 Friday Night track workout Rondout Valley High School Kyserike Rd. Accord NY- Be warmed up and ready for faster running at 6:15pm . These workouts are conducted by Coach Mike Barnow

Sunday 9/18/11- Sunday Long Run Spring Farm 8:30am

weekly workouts for 8/22-8/28/11 
Hi Everyone,

The weekly workouts are:

8/23/11- Tuesday Night Tempo Runs at Spring Farm/Mohonk Preserve 6:15pm. We do approx. 70-90 minutes of total running with 30 min at tempo pace. The workout can be modified for individual needs

8/26/11- Friday Night Track Session. This week we are at the Suny New Paltz track. Be warmed up and ready for faster running at 6:15pm. It's an interval style workout conducted by Coach Mike Barnow. The workout usually consists of two types of workouts one for "marathoners" and another for people focusing on shorter races. Mike is great at making individual modifications for people based on age, experience,skill,conditioning etc etc

8/28/11- Sunday Long Runs 8:30am at Spring Farm/Mohonk Preserve- We start off together and people run anywhere from one hour to three hours based on who comes and how far they want to run. The more the merrier.

Tuesday 8/16/11 Tuesday Night Tempo Run Spring Farm/Mohonk- We start with easy running at 6:15pm We will probably use the Guyot's Hill loop this week :)

Friday 8/19/11 Friday Night track session at Rondout Valley High School Kyserike Rd. Accord, NY be warmed up and ready for faster running at 6:15pm

Sunday 8/21/11 Longer run at Spring Farm/Mohonk Preserve 8;30am
