Tuesday Night 6/14/11 Tempo Run- 6:15pm Spring Farm- We will run 75-90 total minutes with 30 minutes at "tempo pace" probably using the Guyot's loop for the tempo intervals.
Friday Night 6/17/11 Track Session at Rondout Vally High School. Be warmed up and ready for faster running at 6:15pm. Coach Mike Barnow will conduct this session.
Sunday 6/19/11 Long Run 9am (tentative)- perhaps a run beginning from Shaft2A Road on Kerhonksen side of Rt 44/55. Refreshments afterwards- check back later in week for more details!

The Sunday June 12 long run is no lonager tentative! It will be at Spring Farm starting at 8;30am "hosted" by Keivn R- I will be doing the FA25/50k at LK. Minne saturday
Also, Fridy June 10-Rremember NO track workout tonight- we will be going to the Onteora Mile at Deitz Stadium in uptown Kingston 6pm start there will be several heats appropriate for everyone times will range from 4:30 to 13;30!!

Tuesday Night Tempo 6/7/11 Spring Farm/Mohonk Preserve 6:15pm. We will probably do 75-90 minutes of total running. We will explore some of the lesser known single track trails such as Woodside and Terrace Path. On the wider carriage paths we will do some uptempo fartlek pickups. Afterwards Allan S will have some birthday cake and ice cream at his house in High Falls.
Friday Night Track 6/10/11 "canceling" in order to encourage people to participate in the Onteora Mile at Deitz Stadium/uptown Kingston race time is 6pm (more info go to www.onteorarunners.org).They have quite a few heats great for everyone. We could do a few intervals afterwards if so desired
