Hi Everyone, It's no longer tentative. There will be a long run Sunday 6/5/11 at 9am from Spring Farm/Mohonk Preserve- All are welcome !

Workouts for week of 5/31/11- 6/5/11 
Workouts for this week are:

Tuesday Night Tempo Runs 5/31/11 6:15pm Spring Farm/Mohonk Preserve. Approximately 75-90 minutes of total running with 30 minutes at tempo pace. We will probably use the Guyot's Hill Loop this week.

Friday Night Track Session 6/3/11 RONDOUT Valley High School track. Get there early enough to warmup for faster running at 6:15pm. Coach Mike Barnow will be conducting this workout

Sunday Long Run 6/5/11 Tentatively Spring Farm 9am( to be updated later in week)

Correction for Sunday's long run 5/29/11 
Hi Everyone, I mistakely posted the long run for Sunday May 29 as being from Spring Farm. It will be at 9am on the Hurley Rail Trail off of Rt 209. Park at intersection (there is a lot)of RT 209 and Russell Road. Russell Road is just before or after the turnoff for going into the Village of Hurley. It's about 1.5 miles north of the "Forest Parking Area" :) steve

Friday Night track 5/27/11 6pm warmup/6:30pm faster running

Last nights 5/24/11Tempo Run 
Hi Everyone, The sun was out and the weather was room. We had a nice tempo run at Spring Farm. It was nice having Gayle M join us. We did approximately 75 min of total running with 30 minutes at tempo pace and then did some "Indian Running" on our way back- good run with good company- Remember the more the merrier. Next week Tuesady 5/31/11 we will meet at Spring farm at 6:15pm. Some people will be doing the final race in the Catskill Mountain Series on Wednesday June 1st but I'm planning on doing the tempo run on Tuesday then "jogging " the race on Wednesday :) steve ps Tempo running on Tuesdays, track work on Fridays and long runs on Sundays makes for a good basis for training.
