The workouts this week are:
10/25/11-Tuesday Night Tempo Run Deitz Stadium uptown Kingston- warmup begins at 6pm. The workout consists of a warmup segment then a 30 min segment of tempo running then we end with a cool down total running of 70-80 min -this workout can easily be modified for individual needs
10/28/11- Friday Night track workout- this week we are at Rondout Valley High School Kyserike Rd. Accord. With fading daylight i suggest people be ready for faster running at 5:30pm. Both Mike Barnow and I will be missing in action. Later in the week I will post Mike's suggested workout. Starting on Friday 11/4/11 our track workouts will be at Deitz Stadium with warmups at 6pm and faster running to begin at 6:30pm./ This is a lit track area.
10/30/11- Sunday Long Run 8:30am Spring Farm/Mohonk Preserve
