track workout and sunday after the leaves 20k 
Hi Everyone,

Last nights Thursday 11/10/11 track workout went well- it sure was nice running under the lights we did a workout consisting of a 2k,1600, and a 1200. Starting a bit slower then 5kpace adn working our way down makigns rue to run negative splits. Next week 11/17/11 we will again do the track workout on Thursday to advoid the last week of football games. Be warmed up and ready for faster running at 6:15pm


Sunday 11/13/11 Josh Feldt After the Leaves 20k race time is 11am day of registration beings at 9:30am- car pool to save parking fees and parking spots, The weather looks great and the trails are in great shape. Come and run in a beautiful place!

The workouts this week:

11/8/11- Tuesday Night tempo run 6pm Deitz Stadium

11/10/11 Thursday track workout Deitz Stadium uptown Kingston(there is a football game Friday) so we will do our track work this week on Thursday 11/10/11. Be warmed up and ready for faster running at 6:15pm

11/13/11 No planned long run. However, I suggest everyone come and run the After the leaves 20k at Lk Minnewaska. it's a fund rasier for the club and Lk Minne is a beautiful place to run. Weather looks promising! Race time is 11am- day of registration begins at 9:30am. Carpool to save money and parking spots- dont wait till last mintue to get into the park

11/1/11 Tuesday Night tempo Deitz Stadium uptown Kingston- warmup begins at 6pm faster running about 6:20pm total workout approx 75 min

11/4/11 Frioday Night Track Deitz Stadium uptown Kingston Be warmed up and ready for faster running at 6:15pm

11/6/11 Sunday Long Run 9am upper parking lot Lk Minnewaska State Park "preview" of the 2011 After The Leaves 20k course and yes it can be modified for people wanting to run a bit less

weekly workouts 10/24-10/30/11 
Hi Everyone.

The workouts this week are:

10/25/11-Tuesday Night Tempo Run Deitz Stadium uptown Kingston- warmup begins at 6pm. The workout consists of a warmup segment then a 30 min segment of tempo running then we end with a cool down total running of 70-80 min -this workout can easily be modified for individual needs

10/28/11- Friday Night track workout- this week we are at Rondout Valley High School Kyserike Rd. Accord. With fading daylight i suggest people be ready for faster running at 5:30pm. Both Mike Barnow and I will be missing in action. Later in the week I will post Mike's suggested workout. Starting on Friday 11/4/11 our track workouts will be at Deitz Stadium with warmups at 6pm and faster running to begin at 6:30pm./ This is a lit track area.

10/30/11- Sunday Long Run 8:30am Spring Farm/Mohonk Preserve

Weekly workouts for 10/17-10/23/11 
Hi Everyone,

Sorry for the delay for some reason I was "locked out"

10/18/11- Tuesday Night Tempo Runs are now at Deitz Stadium in uptown Kingston. We begin with a warmup at 6pm. We do approx 70-80 minutes of total running broken down into a warmup segment, a tempo paced segment and a cool down- The workout can be easily modified for individual needs.

10/21/11- Friday Night track will be at the Suny New Paltz track- be warmed up and ready for faster running at 5:45pm. Soon we will have to switch to a lit track area- I'm guessing Deitz Stadium and I'm thinking that will happen on 11/4/11. Further details to be posted

10/23/11 Sunday Long Run Spring Farm/ Mohonk Preserve 8:30am

** Two races this weekend Cahill Cares 5k In Saugerties on Sat 10/22 at 9am Sports Hall of Fame XC at Bowdoin Park(check www.mhrrc.org for details).

I'm leaning towards doing the Sat Saugerties race and then being able to make the Sunday long run
